Scott was VERY attentive, communicaty very well & often, and respectful of our often changing requirements. I would recommend Scott Roh to anyone considering Buying or Selling their home. Scott has a wealth of experience, which was invaluable ... One of Scott's greatest strengths is his willingness to communicate well & often.

Scott always remained proactive even during the frustrating times of the selling process. He went out of his way to keep buyer coming back until sold! We have sold 3 previous home in our lifetime. This was our 4th and Scott Roh was by far the very best, hardest working Realtor we have ever worked with! A class act!

I expected Scott to be good but he was EXCELLENT!! He followed up on every question and got an answer immediately. He anticipated questions and pointed out things that I didn't think about (not having purchased a house in 37 years).Scott got all the answers to my questions immediately and always followed up to see that things were done in a timely manner. Organized knowledgeable and efficient would describe Scott.

Just a phenomenal Realtor to work with - always responsive and goes that extra mile (many extra miles) to make sure we get the best attention, care, and service. We have worked with Scott and has helped us with several sales and purchases over the years and Scott never disappoints and just seems like he gets better and better over time - if that is even possible. After all this time, we consider Scott to be a very close business associate and friend - essentially like a member of our family.

Scott is an exceptional real estate agent. My siblings and I were selling a house we inherited, and Scott was the perfect person to help us. Complicating the situation was that there were four sellers and we were spread all over the country. Scott handled everything for us in a timely manner, and kept us fully informed every step along the way and everything that was happening. The house sold quickly and for the asking price. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott to anybody for their real estate needs. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

Scott is not only knowledgeable of the local market etc. but he was very helpful in doing many little things that really meant a lot to me. Scott kept me informed constantly of the progress of the selling process. and offered suggestions along the way. Since I am the personal rep of an estate Scott's extra effort was very helpful as this sale is a key part of closing the estate. I really enjoyed working with Scott Roh.

Tricia and ScottRoh’s story begins in 1997. The couple, Tricia, an audiologist, and Scott, a Realtor, had tried for three years to become pregnant. They went through different fertility procedures and during this time her husband had to battle cancer. They decided it was time to investigate adoption…
